6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Plans & Billing

Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable fees will be disclosed at checkout.

We may update pricing, but changes will not affect the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • Monthly plans: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase, provided paid features were not used
  • Annual plans: Prorated refunds for unused months after cancellation

To request a refund, contact support with your account details.

7. Account Termination & Link Removal

You may cancel your subscription or request account deletion at any time.

Upon termination, your shortened links and associated data may be deleted or deactivated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts to prevent abuse, ensure compliance, or protect the Service.

Deleted data and links may not be recoverable.

8. Third-Party Content

Shortened URLs may redirect to third-party websites.

We do not control or endorse external content and are not responsible for third-party availability, security, or policies.

You are solely responsible for the content you link to.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
